We do our best to stay as flexible as possible. As far as availability allows we are always willing to accommodate any changes to your busy itinerary and weather related issues. However, due to the nature of our operation we do have to follow a certain cancellation policy. By booking a tour with us you confirm you have familiarized yourself with the rules.
- Private tours:
- up to 7 days before departure: full refund
- up to 24h before departure: 70% refund
- less than 24h notice: no refund
Our tours are weather dependent. We reserve ourselves a right to cancel the tour with a short or no prior notice in case of conditions deemed unsafe by your guide. In such case you will be fully refunded for your reservation. We will always try to contact you in advance for possible rescheduling options if the weather forecast looks extreme, though you are under no obligation to accept the changes.
